PLAN // Product Planning + Validation
Cosmo works with you to ensure you have everything you need to start your project. We help you create a Product Spec Sheet, an RFQ, and do Product Validation so that you are fully prepared to get your product made exactly how you want it. This is to make sure that the end result is exactly the product you want but also can be understood and carried out by the manufacturer.

FIND // Sourcing + Samples
Our team will research and identify suppliers using a wide range of resources. After that, we prequalify them based on your requirements, then create an RFQ and reach out to them to get quotes. Ultimately we will get as many quotes as possible for you. Once finished, we'll deliver the original quotes, quotation summary, complete contact information, and introductions to the suppliers.

MAKE // Inspection + Production
Cosmo works with trusted partners to inspect and audit your selected factory. We will arrange for an inspector to visit the factory before production and ensure that they ahve all need equipment, raw materials, and proper licenses. Once it passes inspection, we will ensure that you have everything in place to start the purchase order. During production, we will check in on the progress.

SHIP // Shipping + Prep guidance
We work with a freight forwarder to ship your product to its final destination. Many of our clients are FBA sellers and have their products sent directly to Amazon's fulfillment centers. We offer guidance and advice for you at every step of the shipping process. In addition, we will provide a list of quotes from shippers and freight forwarders and oversee the shipment to ensure it goes smoothly!
